How you buy VelderFlow
VelderFlow is sold exclusively through the Adobe Creative Cloud Marketplace. Your purchase, payment and account details are handled by Adobe and by Adobe’s payment partner FastSpring, which acts as merchant of record. Velderhof Photography does not see or process any payment details (such as credit card or bank information) — those stay entirely within Adobe’s and FastSpring’s systems.
What Velderhof Photography may receive
- Purchase confirmation. Through Adobe/FastSpring, Velderhof Photography receives confirmation of sales, usually with a transaction number and (to the extent Adobe shares it) an anonymised or pseudonymised sales overview. This is used to handle the upgrade path from Basic to Pro.
- Contact for support or the upgrade path. If you send an email (for example with proof of purchase to move from Basic to Pro), we process the details you provide in it yourself: name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Usage data inside the panel. VelderFlow itself sends no usage data to Velderhof Photography. The plugin works locally within Photoshop.
Metadata you set yourself (Pro only). In the Pro edition you can set your own name, copyright notice, website and email address under Export. This information is not sent to Velderhof Photography — it is stored locally on your own computer and embedded in the files that you export. This is your own data, about your own work; Velderhof Photography has no access to it and does not process it.

Apart from these two parties, data is not shared with third parties unless we are legally required to do so.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase the personal data Velderhof Photography processes about you, the right to restriction of processing and to data portability, and the right to object or to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
